At first glance, I actually thought these people were naked!
Greetings, JaliliMaster!
LOL! My first reaction was to note how disenchanted I've grown with spoken word performances (said genre has been ruined for me by rap/hip-hop).
I endured the first part of the video (that includes the rantings of Stacyann Chin) to see the 2nd half of the work (which is the part that I really like).
Peace, blessings and solidarity.
Interesting video. Salaam
Wa Alaikum As Salaam, Pa Ibou!
When I started the blog, one of my goals was to highlight Black artists who get very little attention from the Black community.
A number of Black blogs have regular "Old School Fridays" in terms of music, but I didn't see anybody featuring Black choreographers and Black dance companies.
Peace, blessings and solidarity.
